Claude Pullover Label Briefs: Separate stampato Label Text From the Garment Description
If a hoodie’s inside label is hard to read, ask Claude to organise a transcription with explicit gaps. Do not turn an uncertain letter or number into a confident composition or care claim.
Start with the actual garment
Keep a clear original and note which side of the label is shown. Transcribe only legible text. A logo, style code and care instruction have different purposes; preserve their field names rather than combining them into a smooth marketing sentence.
Make the next step specific
Request another real photograph when a missing word matters. Claude can help describe the required view. A generated clean label is a fictional replacement, not recovered evidence, and should not enter a product specification record.
Review before relying on the result
For a written garment brief, cite the actual source for each fact and leave unresolved text blank. Keep the label’s wording alongside any explanation so a later seller answer can be checked without losing the original uncertainty.
Four copyable prompts
Use one prompt at a time. Replace the brackets with observations, permitted references or current written information. Review the answer before taking the next step.
prompt 1
Organise this supplied hoodie-label transcription [text] into legible words, uncertain characters and missing fields.
prompt 2
Draft a real-photo request that explains which label area needs a clearer view.
prompt 3
Create a written garment description using only these confirmed label and listing facts [text].
prompt 4
Audit this description [text] for inferred percentages, care instructions or authenticity claims.
A worked example
The word after a fibre name is blurred. Your record quotes the readable portion and marks the rest unreadable. You request a clearer real view instead of asking for a likely percentage. The resulting question is useful even before the final transcription is complete.
Can a generated label fill an unreadable gap?
It can invent a label, but cannot establish the original wording.
Should I smooth uncertain wording into a product claim?
Keep the uncertainty visible until a reliable source resolves it.
Keep a useful final record
Save the reference and the specific decision together. Keep unanswered questions visible. If a fact changes, revise the affected step instead of treating an earlier suggestion as a permanent rule. These examples explain a proposed planning or review method; they are not reports of a physical garment test, a comparative model trial or a real photoshoot.
Claude supplies written plans and briefs here; it does not natively generate the raster fashion photograph. A separately identified image generator is needed for that step. Official capability guidance, checked 5 November 2026. Generated imagery still requires review against the actual reference.
Explore current TryBuy New Arrivals
These are actual catalogue references. Compare the main garment with the shirt as an alternative outfit base or, where practical, an owned-layer styling reference. The shirt is sold separately; it is not an included part of a kurta or hoodie purchase.
