Men’s Festive Wear Calendar
This calendar helps men choose shirts and kurtas by Indian occasions rather than browsing only by colour. Use it as a simple planning guide for puja, family functions, wedding events, festive office days and seasonal gatherings.
January to March
For family visits, office events and early-year functions, choose clean shirts, solid kurtas and easy neutral pairings. White, blue, cream and beige are useful starting points.
April to June
For daytime functions and warmer weather, lighter kurtas and breathable-looking styling feel more suitable. Yellow, cream, white and blue work well for puja, haldi-style events and family lunches.
July to September
For Raksha Bandhan, Ganesh Chaturthi, Onam-linked celebrations and regional family functions, men can use printed, embroidered or textured kurtas depending on the formality of the event. Green, blue, ivory and festive neutrals are practical choices.
October to December
Diwali, wedding season and year-end functions usually need sharper dressing. Black, maroon, green, cream and embroidered kurtas work well for evening events. White, blue and solid shirts remain useful for dinners, travel and smart-casual plans.
