Order preparation

Orders move through confirmation, product review, packing and dispatch preparation. Processing can be affected by order verification, stock status, holidays or unusually high order volumes.

Estimates, not guarantees

Delivery dates shown at checkout, in order updates or by a courier are estimates. Actual delivery can vary because of destination serviceability, weather, public holidays, operational interruptions or network delays.

Missed or failed delivery

Delivery partners may contact the phone number supplied with the order. An incomplete address, unavailable recipient or failed delivery attempts can cause delay, return-to-origin processing or a fresh delivery requirement.

Destination rules

International availability, shipping charges and payment options are determined at checkout. Destination authorities may apply customs duties, taxes or import procedures under local rules.

Damage or tampering

If the parcel appears visibly damaged, opened or tampered with, document its condition and contact TryBuy promptly with the order number and photographs. Product-related requests remain subject to the applicable returns policy.

Lost or unusual movement

If tracking has not changed for an unusual period, shows delivery without receipt, or contains an incorrect update, contact support with the order number and tracking details so the available courier information can be reviewed.

Where can I see shipping charges and COD availability?
Applicable shipping charges, offers and cash-on-delivery availability are shown at checkout where the option is available for the order and destination.
When will I receive tracking information?
Tracking becomes available after dispatch when the courier assigns and updates shipment details. The first movement scan can appear later than the tracking number itself.
Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?
