Shared after dispatch
Tracking information becomes available after dispatch when courier details are assigned and updated.
Destination dependent
Delivery estimates depend on location, serviceability, courier movement, holidays and conditions in transit.

The order-status page and courier tracking, when available, remain the most current sources for shipment movement. Individual stages can take different lengths of time depending on the order and destination.

Order and delivery details enter the fulfilment workflow.

The item is reviewed before packing and handover.
Parcel packed
The order is packed for its delivery journey.
Courier handover
The delivery partner receives the parcel for movement.
Delivery attempt
The courier attempts delivery at the address provided.

Please enter a complete address, correct postal code and reachable phone number. Information supplied at checkout is used for fulfilment and delivery communication.
Order preparation
Orders move through confirmation, product review, packing and dispatch preparation. Processing can be affected by order verification, stock status, holidays or unusually high order volumes.
Estimates, not guarantees
Delivery dates shown at checkout, in order updates or by a courier are estimates. Actual delivery can vary because of destination serviceability, weather, public holidays, operational interruptions or network delays.
Changes before dispatch
Request an address correction through customer support as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed after packing or dispatch, and a courier may be unable to reroute an active shipment.
Shipment visibility
Tracking is shared when courier data becomes available. A newly created tracking number may take time to show movement after the first scan. Use the order tracking page for the latest available update.
Missed or failed delivery
Delivery partners may contact the phone number supplied with the order. An incomplete address, unavailable recipient or failed delivery attempts can cause delay, return-to-origin processing or a fresh delivery requirement.
Destination rules
International availability, shipping charges and payment options are determined at checkout. Destination authorities may apply customs duties, taxes or import procedures under local rules.
Damage or tampering
If the parcel appears visibly damaged, opened or tampered with, document its condition and contact TryBuy promptly with the order number and photographs. Product-related requests remain subject to the applicable returns policy.
Lost or unusual movement
If tracking has not changed for an unusual period, shows delivery without receipt, or contains an incorrect update, contact support with the order number and tracking details so the available courier information can be reviewed.
The right address is the first step in every successful delivery.
