B. Transit, Handling & Order Cut off Time Domestically:
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3 – 7 days (Monday to Saturday). The order cut-off time will be 12:00 PM India Standard Time (Kolkata). Domestic order handling time is 1-2 business day (Monday to Saturday).
Rest of world Transit, Handling Time
We ship orders within 1- 2 working days and the delivery time is 7-15 working days.
C. Change of Delivery Address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 day of placing your order at founder@trybuy.in or Call Us at 8839310502.
D. Cancellations:

E. Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.

How do I return?
- Enter your order number and mentioned email address/Phone Number in the fields above and click Start.
- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to Return/Exchange.
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
- Please Apply for return/exchange after delivered date.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 3 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
- Used Products are non refundable.
- Products with perfume spray are non refundable.

Are there any charges for return?
- There is 150 INR charge for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping which is 150 INR.
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If return approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied in original method of payment, within 2-3 working days.
- For COD Orders Refund Link powered by Razorpay X send to customer's via mail to credit there refunds after inspection of received product.
- If Customer want used product Back, Shipping Charges Should be paid by customer before shipping of used product back to customer.
- 150 INR Shipping Charges deducted from total for each and every Return Order.
