Payment availability
Use only the payment methods displayed at checkout for the order and destination. Options can vary and are not guaranteed on every purchase.
Order confirmation
An order is not treated as successfully paid until the payment provider returns a successful authorisation or the checkout confirms the applicable payment arrangement.
Review before paying
Check the product total, applicable shipping charges, taxes and discounts shown in checkout before confirming the order.
Do not pay repeatedly
If a payment fails or remains pending, check the order status and your payment account before attempting another transaction.
Approved resolutions
Any approved refund remains subject to the applicable return or cancellation decision and the processing route available for the original transaction.
Protect credentials
Never share an OTP, CVV, password, card PIN or full payment credentials with anyone claiming to provide TryBuy support.
Payment concern?
Contact TryBuy with the order number, transaction date and a clear description. Do not send full card details, passwords or OTPs. For a duplicate debit or bank-side issue, you may also need to contact the payment provider or issuing bank.
